Emergency & Single-Visit Procedures
For single-visit procedures, payment is due in full at the time of service.
Multiple-Visit Treatment Plans
Full Payment at Time of Service
This option gives you the maximum savings on the cost of your treatment plan because of the billing expenses we save. Your Treatment Coordinator will provide you with specific details.
Outside Financing with CareCredit
For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, CareCredit is offered with limited financing options. Please ask your Treatment Coordinator for details.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We do not accept checks.
